Private Lux Apartment
2018

A married couple under 40 with three children, accompanied by two cats and a Yorkshire terrier. This wasn’t our first project for them, so we quickly found a common language.

Their expectations for the apartment’s design were very high. The large area was formed by merging two apartments, each with its own engineering system. The main objective was to unite both apartments into a single space with convenient access to all rooms. And there really were a lot of rooms: a kitchen, a living-dining room, three children’s rooms, a primary bedroom, a study, three bathrooms, a walk-in closet, a laundry room, and a server room.

Art Deco was the most relevant style at the time of the project. Color, texture, and form are the primary tools in a designer’s work. Art Deco is a style of luxury, perfect for those unafraid to indulge their desires. The project features plenty of rich colors, gold, sparkle, and shine.

The living room furniture was designed by our team and produced at the Florence Collection factory. We used luxury-level materials: dark wood, gold patina, embossed leather, marble, and mirrors. The ceiling’s complex geometry emphasizes the simplicity of the chandelier’s shape and lets the Swarovski crystals dazzle in all their glory. Luxurious doors separate the kitchen area, which more closely resembles the bar of an upscale restaurant. An exclusive chandelier by the Dutch atelier Brand Van Egmond—an otherworldly cocoon studded with lights—floats silently above the kitchen island, mesmerizing all who see it and inviting them into a world of glamour.
